The TCA Heat Pump Drying Room is a high‑efficiency, energy‑saving and environmentally friendly modern drying equipment that uses heat pump technology for low‑temperature circulating drying. It is suitable for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, agricultural and other industries, capable of drying granular, flaky, powdery and other forms of materials. The drying room is equipped with professional material carts, uniform hot‑air circulation, and a defrosting system to ensure stable operation under low‑temperature conditions. The whole unit is made of 304 stainless steel support structures, strong and corrosion‑resistant, meeting food‑grade hygiene standards. Double doors facilitate material loading/unloading and internal cleaning, making it an ideal replacement for traditional coal/gas fired drying rooms.
Working Principle
The heat pump dryer uses a compressor to drive refrigerant circulation, absorbing heat from the ambient air and heating the circulating air through a heat exchanger. Hot air is sent into the drying room via the air supply vent, and the circulation fan ensures uniform hot air flow through the material, carrying away moisture. The moist air is dehumidified and reheated for closed‑loop drying. The defrosting system automatically removes frost from the evaporator surface in low‑temperature conditions, ensuring stable operation around the clock.
