This equipment is a fully automatic continuous processing machine that integrates three-in-one composite processing functions of hot air cooking, steam cooking and baking with diverse processing modes and high production efficiency. Adopting a humidified baking process, the machine effectively reduces product weight loss during processing and greatly improves finished product yield and quality stability. It supports adjustable processing time to meet the production process requirements of different products for wide application scenarios.
Equipped with a dual-zone independent temperature control system, the machine allows differentiated temperature settings for different processing zones to realize flexible multi-process and multi-scenario production. The built-in air deflector balances the internal air circulation to ensure uniform temperature inside the working cavity and avoid uneven heating and inconsistent processing results of products.
It is equipped with a professional dual-zone humidity controller to precisely adjust the internal humidity for optimal production results. The maximum temperature setting reaches 240°C, matched with an adjustable air speed control system. By comprehensively adjusting heating temperature, air velocity, airflow deflectors and humidity parameters, the machine adapts to the processing standards of various products and stably delivers high-quality finished products.
The whole machine adopts a PLC intelligent control system and full-color touch screen operation panel with a concise and intuitive interface. It supports precise parameter setting, real-time equipment operation monitoring and one-key adjustment of processing parameters, which simplifies the operation process, reduces manual errors, and greatly improves equipment automation and operation convenience.
