Crispy Fried Pork Strips Frying Production Line is a highly automated and intelligent food processing equipment. It is specifically designed for efficient production of high‑quality crispy fried pork strips, and can also be used for continuous frying of prepared meat products such as popcorn chicken, chicken tenders, fish tofu, etc. The equipment adopts a mesh belt tunnel‑type continuous production method, suitable for assembly line operation, achieving full automation from raw material handling to finished product packaging.
Product Description
The industrial production process of crispy fried pork strips adopts a continuous and standardized operation mode. The main steps are:
Raw material inspection & receiving → Thawing → Slicing/Cutting → Marination (tumbling) → Battering → Breading → Frying → Oil draining → Pre‑cooling → Quick freezing → Metal detection → Packaging → Warehouse storage (frozen)
Raw material handling area – uses a low‑temperature, high‑humidity thawing room with temperature controlled at 0‑4°C to ensure even thawing and microbial control. The cutting machine uses adjustable blade spacing to ensure uniform product specifications.
Marination & tumbling area – core process equipment. Marinating the meat strips under vacuum allows the marinade to penetrate more evenly, improving water retention and tenderness of the meat.
Battering & breading area – uses a batter applicator and breader to evenly coat the batter and breading. Breading rate is 3‑5%. After coating, the product is aligned by vibrating chains to ensure the surface is completely covered without obvious thickness variations.
Frying area – core process. Typical frying parameters: temperature 175‑180°C, time 3‑3.5 minutes, until the surface is golden yellow. A multi‑zone temperature process can also be used: first fry at low temperature to cook and set, then fry at high temperature to crisp and color.
Cooling & quick‑freezing area – the pre‑cooling tunnel combined with forced air cooling rapidly lowers the product temperature. The IQF freezer reduces the core temperature to below -18°C in a very short time.
Packaging & quality control area – a metal detector inspects and automatically rejects possible metal contaminants. An automatic checkweigher performs dynamic weighing of the product. A pre‑made bag packaging machine or flow wrap machine integrates bag picking, opening, filling and sealing.

Includes a mesh belt conveyor, vibrating spreader or bucket elevator to achieve quantitative and uniform feeding, prevent raw material stacking, and is equipped with variable frequency speed control.
Crispy fried pork strips need to be battered or coated before frying. This is typically done by an immersion batter applicator, which evenly coats the surface of the meat with a layer of batter using a double‑layer mesh belt. The breader evenly coats the product with breading (flour or crumbs) via a hopper and a circulating system to reduce breading breakage.
Frying tank – made of SUS304 stainless steel, double‑layer mesh belt design to prevent product floating.
Heating unit – supports multiple heating methods: electric, gas, steam, thermal oil, equipped with PID intelligent temperature control.
Oil filtration & circulation system – uses mesh belt filtration, centrifugal filtration or vacuum filtration to continuously remove residues and extend oil service life.
Mesh belt conveying – variable frequency speed control for precise frying time adjustment.
Equipped with vibrating oil drain, air knife blowing or centrifugal deoiling devices to effectively reduce the oil content of the product.
Uses an air‑cooled tunnel or forced air cooling line to rapidly reduce the surface and core temperature of the product, preventing residual heat from drying out or softening the product.
An Individual Quick Freezer (IQF) can rapidly freeze the product to below -18°C in a very short time. Common options include a spiral freezer (suitable for large, regular‑shaped products) or a liquid nitrogen freezer (extremely fast freezing, excellent quality).
Equipped with a fume hood and an oil fume purifier (electrostatic or water spray type). Some models feature waste heat recovery functionality.
Uses a PLC with touch screen to monitor parameters such as oil temperature, belt speed and oil level. Also equipped with safety interlock functions including emergency stop, over‑temperature alarm and low oil level alarm.
The entire machine is made of a stainless steel frame, equipped with insulation layer, oil drain outlets and cleaning ports, facilitating maintenance and complying with food hygiene standards.
