The XD Series batch fryers are the basic frying equipment of Xindong Machinery, utilizing oil-water mixture technology with automatic temperature control and automatic slag scraping. They are suitable for small to medium scale production, laboratory R&D, and as auxiliary units in large production lines. The heating source is electricity, and the whole machine is made of stainless steel specially used for food machinery.
Product Description
Oil-water mixture technology: During frying, residues automatically sink into the water without carbonizing, and can be discharged through the drain valve. The oil in the residues is separated and returned to the oil layer, achieving significant oil saving.
Precise temperature control: Temperature range 0‑300℃, heating temperature adjustable 0‑230℃, accuracy ±1℃. Independent temperature control for the water layer with natural air cooling and forced water circulation ensures the lower water temperature remains ≤80℃.
Easy operation: Automatic feeding, discharging and stirring save labor. Equipped with observation glass tube and oil drain valve detection device for accurate water level monitoring.
Stainless steel construction: High‑quality 304 stainless steel, durable and compliant with food hygiene standards.
