TCA’s “Frying Trio” is specially designed for small granular materials such as rice grains. It integrates a tilting fryer, a de‑oiling machine, and a vacuum cooling line into one continuous production system. All units work seamlessly: materials first enter the XDF-1500×1500 tilting fryer (gas heating, automatic tilting discharge), then go to the XDS-720 de‑oiling machine for rapid oil removal, and finally pass through the FY-3000 vacuum cooling line for negative‑pressure air cooling, which quickly brings down the temperature and preserves crispness. The whole line can be customized with stainless steel thickness, touch screen interface, emergency stop positions, and company logo, meeting safety and hygiene standards for Thailand and Southeast Asian markets. It delivers efficient, stable, and clean frying production.

The XDS-720 de‑oiling machine (centrifugal de‑oiler) is used for rapid oil removal from fried materials. During feeding, it rotates slowly to evenly distribute the product inside the basket. After de‑oiling, material can be discharged in batches to prevent accumulation. Working together with the fryer, it significantly reduces the oil content of the final product.

Vacuum Cooling Line
The FY-3000 vacuum cooling line uses negative pressure air cooling technology to rapidly cool down high‑temperature products after de‑oiling, preventing moisture regain and maintaining crispness. The line is 3 meters long with an outlet height of 1.3 meters. It features cleaning doors and a 60‑mesh filter before the fans for easy maintenance and hygiene.
