Creating Touching Services With Heart
Recently, TCA Group and FFW Group joined hands to create a model of cross-border cooperation. Following close communication and collaboration, a delegation of five from FFW Group visited TCA headquarters to inspect the equipment and successfully completed the acceptance process, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation between the two parties. "Without customers, there is nothing; we are dedicated to creating services that move people." This motto is written into the company culture and is etched into the actions of every staff member involved. TCA food machinery has a 27-year history, five branches worldwide, over a dozen after-sales service centers globally, and more than 20 long-term local dealer partnerships. Its pre-sales and after-sales technical services cover the entire globe.

The scene of TCA and FFW officially signing the strategic cooperation agreement is still vivid in our minds. However, behind this contract lies dozens of rounds of transoceanic communication between the two teams, and countless late-night meetings across time zones.
Ultimately, a strategic cooperation intention was reached, and a project contract was formally signed. This contract is not just a piece of paper, but a commitment and agreement for the joint development of the two companies.

From the moment the contract was signed, “providing competitive food machinery solutions and continuously creating greater value for customers” ceased to be merely a mission statement on paper. Instead, it became the most solemn commitment in the hearts of every department and every employee at TCA. FFW Group's project requirements were complex, standards were stringent, and delivery timelines were tight. Yet the TCA team remained steadfast in their belief:
“Service that fails to move the heart is no service at all. Serving our customers well is our purpose.”
Teamwork is about working in unison day and night.
As the equipment entered a critical production phase, a technical challenge suddenly arose. For several days, the workshop lights often stayed on late into the night.
Some were hunched over blueprints, repeatedly calculating; others were monitoring the machines, adjusting parameters; still others were proactively coordinating with external suppliers to expedite the delivery of components.
No one said, "This isn't my responsibility." What they remembered was the simple truth in their values:
"Helping others is helping yourself; helping others is helping yourself."
It was this spirit of mutual support and positive attitude that allowed difficulties to be overcome time and again through collective wisdom and hard work.

The FFW team, located overseas, faced multiple challenges in communication, including time differences, language barriers, and varying standards. The TCA team, however, did not back down. Instead, they adopted a proactive approach, embracing change with a positive mindset, a spirit of innovation, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances. They established a daily communication mechanism, filmed videos to report progress, and ensured transparency in every stage of production.

In January 2026, a five-person team from FFW flew to China again. This time, it was for acceptance testing.
When the equipment was running smoothly and all indicators exceeded the contractual agreement, the FFW Group project manager shook hands with the TCA general manager and said, "You not only gave us a machine, but also a trustworthy cooperation system."
To live is to be passionate, and to do is to be enthusiastic.
Looking back on these past few months, there has been the exhaustion of continuous overtime, the anxiety of tackling technical challenges, and the jubilation of breakthroughs.
But what has remained constant throughout is the TCA team's spirit of "living is to be passionate, and doing is to be enthusiastic."
Every day, they practice "making a little progress every day," not only for delivery but also for a pursuit of excellence.

This successful acceptance test is not the end.
It proves that TCA's vision of "becoming the champion in China's frying machinery industry and a globally renowned brand in food machinery projects" is not far off, and it also demonstrates a simple yet steadfast path: corporate culture is not just empty words, but the echo of every action.
