CORE PROCESS COMPONENTS
Modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) is a functional packaging container that achieves long-term food preservation by adjusting the composition of the internal gas. Its core purpose is to extend the shelf life and quality of fresh and cooked foods.
Requirements Confirmation
This is the most crucial step. You need to communicate thoroughly with engineers to clarify all the necessary functions, performance indicators (such as accuracy and capacity), operating environment, and budget for the equipment. Provide as much detailed information as possible, and arrange on-site visits if necessary to ensure mutual understanding; this is the foundation for all subsequent work.
Solution Design and Review
Based on the confirmed requirements, the supplier will design solutions for mechanical structure, electrical control, and software. At this stage, you must participate in the solution review, confirm technical details, balance functionality, cost, and time, and finally sign off.
Production and Quality Inspection
After the solution is finalized, the manufacturing stage begins. The supplier will procure materials, process parts, and assemble the equipment. Quality control is key at this stage to ensure the manufacturing result conforms to the design.
Testing and Commissioning
Before leaving the factory, the equipment will undergo rigorous in-house testing to simulate actual operation and verify functionality and stability. After passing this test, it will be installed and finally commissioned at your site to fully adapt to your specific production conditions.
Delivery, Acceptance, and After-Sales Service
After commissioning, both parties will conduct final acceptance according to the initially confirmed technical agreement. After acceptance, the supplier should provide operation training and comprehensive after-sales service (such as warranty and technical support) to ensure that you can use the equipment independently and stably.
